Located in the western end of Matarangi Beach, New Zealand, this house was by Matt Chaplin Chaplin by Sumich Architects designed in collaboration with Jen Pack and is designed for active recreation. The first level consists of an open living-dining room, kitchen, and a place for wine storage and integrates two contemporary fireplaces. All this makes this part of the house is the perfect place for family gatherings and fun. The first floor houses a bedroom with private bath, powder room and laundry. The living room opens onto a covered courtyard patio with a modern outdoor relaxation area. Two bedrooms and a bath in one wing, and the other a master suite with walk-in robe, spacious suite with a bathroom and a private lounge: The second floor is divided into two parts.
